Gilberto's has opened the Brown Dog Family Kitchen in Fort Collins. The commissary is available for companies to rent by the hour. The hourly rate ranges from $15-$30/hour. The following equipment is at the facility: 2--40 gallon kettles, 2 walk in refrigerators, double oven with a ten burner top, hood with fire supression, dishwasher, dry storage space. Feel free to contact us if you are interested in looking at the kitchen.
