Claudia Eberspacher
My interest in a vibrant local economy and a fair global economic system stems from a visit to some of Costa Rica’s banana and coffee fields. Since that visit, every cup of coffee has a face and place connected to it. I grew up on Colorado’s Front Range, getting into the Rocky Mountains whenever possible. After some time in the Northwest and a Liberal Arts degree from The Evergreen State College, I returned to the Front Range to pursue a degree in Nonprofit Management from Regis University. I have worked with a handful of nonprofit organizations, both local and international. I am honored to manage the 4th Edition of the Be Local Coupon Book as an effort to send the message that we can contribute to a healthy and just economy.
