Partnering with DDA & City

We serve on the planning team with the Downtown Development Authority (DDA) and City of Fort Collins working toward a year-round, permanent Community Marketplace.

November 2007:   Produced visionary drawing

October 2008:  Participated in presentation at DDA

Spring 2009: Initiated design studio project with Architectural graduate students at CU Denver and site analysis project with Landscape Design undergraduate students at CSU

February 2009:  Facilitated Forum with Stakeholders

Late spring 2009:  Hosting presentations and co-authoring Phase 1 Report

Sept 2009: Worked on two programmatic feasibility reports  Market Hall - First Floor and Upper Floors
