Partnering with DDA & City

We serve on the planning team with the Downtown Development Authority (DDA) and City of Fort Collins working toward a year-round, permanent Community Marketplace.

November 2007:   Produce visionary drawing

Spring 2009: Initiate design studio project with Architectural graduate students at CU Denver and site analysis project with Landscape Design undergraduate students at CSU

February 2009: Help to facilitate Forum with Stakeholders

Late spring 2009: Co-host presentations and co-author Refining the Vision

Sept 2009: Produce the  programmatic reports  Market Hall – First Floor and collaborated on the report for the  Upper Floors

Spring 2010: related to the Upper Floors vision: Certification Programs in Action: Market-Based Solutions for a Conscious Consumer Economy

Sept 2010: Feasibility Report from Market Ventures, Inc. – Draft
