A healthy local food system needs diverse businesses. Since 2004, NCFI has been helping product developers, chefs and restaurateurs, entrepreneurs and land-based businesses build thriving venues for customers.

Providing  support, guidance and technical assistance for new and growing food businesses in Northern Colorado. Whether you are a farm, a ranch, a catering firm, whatever you sell from salsa to exotic herbs, we want to talk with you.

Looking for new ways to promote the interests of our local food system and businesses. Through winter-time farmers markets, conferences and the forthcoming permanent Community Marketplace, we’re working to help our community thrive.
